Update from the 10th Month

The following photos are from Maryn's Month 10...somewhat chronological, but as you can guess, just getting these photos up for ya'll to check out is a feat in itself! During this month, Maryn started to make many leaps with her vocabulary and ability to recognize and immitate signs. She's been saying "Hi" since she was 9 months old, but during this month, she started to master words such as dada, mama, book, and milk (up until she hit 11 months old, she'd say "dilk" and then it became "dick"--fortunately she now says "milk"!). She learned how to sign "book" and "more", and always gave a sweet wave when she'd say "hi" to people.
As for locomotion, Maryn began to discover what it means to be a biped during month 10--she began holding herself up onto furnature and people. Baby steps began to develop. We completely gave up on trying to get her to crawl. However, she mastered the art of speed rolling during month 10!
